Great advice, Josh. I have really been straddling the fence on this one, and your words are helping me. Recently, a photographer I follow did a Groupon for her services and she received like 28 buyers. Her offer was a great one, (boudoir) and so… this is certainly doable if you offer the right deal. It’s project management 101. You know how much time you have. The promotion determines the scope. If you can’t handle the scope of the project in the set amount of time you have to work with, you need more resources. Resources includes hiring people to take photos and buying more equipment. You have to spend money to make money.
